Does anyone happen to know the bolt hole diameter of the psi platform 1 series 15 inch?

i have a box that has correct mounting for another subwoofer. Both the old subwoofer and the new psi have 8 bolt holes with same pattern just need the bolt hold diameter of the psi platform 1 15s

I often see alot of people upgrade to new subs using old box but never do i see people mentioning having to redo the mounting for their new subwoofers. also ive seen that alot of 15 inch subs share a common 8 bolt pattern

(also the psi platform 1s do have a t/s spec that is acceptable in the boxes of my old subwoofers just letting you know im not throwing in a new sub without any thought on specs)

Thank you for your time and effort i greatly appreciate any input!

Ive used 2 different style 12 spoke 15" baskets, and 4 spoke 15" baskets. Every time, a #14 screw (1/4" diameter) is the largest that fit.

Open your mind. Open your box, it's stuffy in there.

You might try contacting PSI regarding the issue. I've not heard of an issue with different basket bolt patterns not lining up but I'm not familiar with enough baskets to say that won't be an issue.

Why not drop the sub in and see>
