Risky I'll grant you but still.That's when 80% lowers will skyrocket because they aren't serialized and no one would know you have them,They don't even count as a firearm until you finish machining them so they couldn't even take them away even if they knew you had them unless you had done so. You could also sell then to whoever with no questions asked since it's technically just a hunk of metal. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
