Joe X Posted August 13, 2016 Report Posted August 13, 2016 Assuming 3/4" wood 3.6 net @ 35Hz, port area; 50 3/4 square inches THIS is for a centerline length of 23 which would result in 5 1/8" port extensions length not 1 3/4" you show, also no loss of length due to a flare so say 36Hz considering the flare. The box seems to be matched for some lower power 12s (like some RF P3 for example) which makes me think about the 0.4 cubic feet of internal displacements, which would be for two 15s if you have not placed something else inside.
bman8891 Posted August 13, 2016 Author Report Posted August 13, 2016 The 1.75" is the width of the port there. The two back walls are 8" long. The subs are DD 2512's the extra displacement is accounting for internal bracing and an internal second baffle
Joe X Posted August 13, 2016 Report Posted August 13, 2016 Ok so with the double layer baffle and 8" port extensions, the driver displacement for those subs and a flare length loss of 1.75" it would be about 3.5 net @ 35Hz, so it's pretty close to what you've planned.
