Can somebody make me a box design for 2 zv4-12's ?

I've seen a few designs from ''Joe X'' but none of them are in the dimensions that i would like and have available.

The dimensions i have available in the car are as following

L x W x H 560mm x 920mm x 470mm

L x W x H 22'' x 36'' x 18,5''

Should be around 8,5 cu.ft external 6,7 cu.ft internal and around 5? cu.ft after port/displacement

So i think it's good for 2 zv4-12's?

Thanks in advance!

So here is a suggestion, power: to subs rated, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, minimum port clearance 4 3/4", figure is just an assembly guide:

NOTE: If building outside you need to build a cardboard dummy box to test fit in it's way inside.

Thanks!!

Few questions though, with rated power do you mean rated power that the amplifier produces or rated power that the subs can handle?

And can't set the frequency to 28Hz, 35Hz is the lowest on the amp..

There is a infrasonic filter switch, phase switch and can set the punch eq

I also need the port to be up, otherwise it will be blocked.

And if wanted to tune around 29/30Hz how much longer should the port be?

If you can't get 19mm (3/4") wood let me know.

No i can't, only 18mm and 22mm

Regarding your questions:

1) rated power is for the subs, not the amp.

2) the infrasonic filter in those is fixed to 28Hz if I remember right which is fine, just engage it.

3) tuning lower requires a larger box than you have space for, anyways, a 2 Hz difference in tuning is very difficult to notice.

4) it's 18mm then.

Here's the subs/port up version:

This will require all threaded for bracing that goes top to bottom through the port, I would recommend to take measurements and build a cardboard test box and let me know how it went.
