Beginner needs help trying to design a box

Best i could do using your dimensions was 3.8 net with 64" of port area tuned to 36. i don't have WinISD to see if that will work with your subs or not but the port area seems pretty low to me.

To get a reasonable amount of port area and tuning you need more space.

what is the closest we can get? I kind of just want to try and make it work :\

Total Outer Dim. -> 35" W x 18" H x 17.5" D

Port Size -> 3" W x 16.5" H

Port Piece 1 -> 12" long

Port Piece 2 -> 6.25" long

Total Usable Port Lengh -> 23.75"

edit: that is probably what I would build, and if it doesnt do something I want it too well, i would rebuild it. Should only take 1 sheet of wood to make and an afternoon.

I have always used 2x4, and in this case, it is 16" long.
