DavidClark Posted October 17, 2016 Report Posted October 17, 2016 As the title says, My Yukon has been in the garage for about a month. I went to start it and it would't start. I charged it for approx 24 hours and the charger said 100% but @ 6 volts (it won't go any higher than 6 volts). What can I do or is this battery trash? Battery is an Odyssey 34/78 AGM, charger is AGM compatible W/ 3amp & 15amp charging capabilities. _paralyzed_ Posted October 17, 2016 Report Posted October 17, 2016 The voltage is too low for the charger to turn on. Trick it by wiring another battery in parallel, and then start the charge. Charge at the lowest possible setting.
