PaulO2288 Posted April 25, 2008 Report Posted April 25, 2008 My buddy has 2 15" JL W6's and they ended up blowing and had problems with his work tools that had damaged the cones. Can they be reocned by anychance and any idea how much?
RamenNoodles Posted April 25, 2008 Report Posted April 25, 2008 Your best bet for a JL recone is to contact them directly or take them to a JL dealer and see if they can send them out for you. Price wise, JLs are expensive to recone. I remember hearing that it is like $450 to recone a w7. so i would imagine its around half the cost of a new one.
