Onelowgreek
What's up SMD...So currently working on gathering everything I need for my new build and wanted to hear some opinions on which sub to run as I own both which are just sitting in the garage. Car: 2013 Mazdaspeed3 hatchback Subs: 15" Fi Q dual 1-ohm, 1,500 watts RMS & 15" Fi SSD 1,250 watts RMS dual 1-ohm Box: 3 cu. ft. after sub/port displacement (Sub firing up at the roof with port firing back at the hatch on the driver side) Amp: Twisted Sounds 1.8K (will wire in 2-ohms since the subs I have are D1's, amp is certified at 1,348 at 2-ohms if I remember correctly) I created another thread yesterday regarding the surface rust on my Q, not sure if there is any internal damage to the sub motor one of the biggest reasons I'm looking for opinions on which of the subs to run. Any thoughts/opinions welcomed...
Keith77
Build the box toss both in there and see what you like best.. Thats cool. Im way too old to be upset by shit like that. Your name is winston. Your own parents hated you even before you were born. My penis is bigger than your penis I'm far from loud and my roof/headliner flaps around like Adam's ass on a windy day. I think it depends more on the structure of the vehicle.
Onelowgreek
Build the box toss both in there and see what you like best.. Thought of that too, based on the current box design, the Q would be tuned at 32Hz and the SSD 33 Hz
