Wicks Posted December 16, 2016 Report Share Posted December 16, 2016 I don't know of any amp, other then the T15K, which stores energy to allow it to play on a "weak" electrical. Amps really just convert energy, they don't store it. So your electrical is critical. Of course some may be a bit more tolerant at lower voltages depending on how they're built... I'm guessing impedance rise, cabin response and a few rumors are at play here...
