WickedToys1
Ok, once you have started to download the file switch to the command prompt window that you opened earlier, and type tracert www.tweakxp.com. When the test is complete, feel free to cancel the download. Next, I want you to take note of your highest latency (in milliseconds /ms) from your command prompt. Just look for the largest number on the screen where the test took place. Doesn't matter where the largest number occurs. Take a note of it! nothing happens at this point Quote http://www.DCSOUNDLAB.com/01 Chevy Silverado X-CabPioneer 4900 in Dash3 Stinger 2150'sIraggi 260 amp Alt.1/0 Stinger Wiring(2) DC lvl 5 18's(2) Hifonics Cyclops10 cu box tuned to 27hz

Dale
If you have any firewalls enabled, disable them for the TRACERT test. They may prevent the test from going through. I'm wondering why it didn't at least give you time-outs....kinda like this: 1 * * * 2 * * * etc.
Dale
If you don't have a firewall, but still can't do it, then i'm afraid your ISP might be blocking it. In this case try doing a regular ping to 3 websites you usually visit Example: "ping yahoo.com" or "ping google.com" don't ping hotmail, i don't think their server responds to pings. Then, just take the site with the highest ping and ping it 2 more times....use the average of that.

audiofanaticz
Been wanting to do it for a while now, so I just tried it out.. Before. After. So I guess Im maxed out or something. Only thing I noticed is a higher latency. Oh well it was worth a try.
porkchop
""Enter your connections download and upload caps in kilobits per second (kbps), and enter in your expected latency if you know what it is. ----------No need for 56K---------- "" how do i find out what this is?
