Jessica Posted April 22, 2017 Report Posted April 22, 2017 its angled because the back of the box, hence the back of the port is angled. that way the average port length is the same along the entire height of the port. Nothing special. I get the back is angled, but why the port piece is at an angle is throwing me off instead of straight.

slowfkncar Posted April 22, 2017 Report Posted April 22, 2017 I've seen people build it exactly just like that & they calculate the port length from the middle of the port. I'd be more worried about the 5/8th thickness lol

I just wasn't looking inside the enclosure on the right OP provided, is what threw me off.
