enclosure design for 4 e15v2

I need help designing a 6th orderbandpass for my 4 e15v2. It will be powered by cresendo bc3.5k @ 1 ohm. My car is a 98 4runner.and it have a 2 pcs d3100 batts on it.

What's your reasoning for wanting a 6th order bandpass?  What are your goals for the system?

Subs have an EBP of about 48 not sure if that's going to be adequate for a 6th bandpass.

My friends told me that it will give a good lows on it. Daily use only.

My sub wont work in 6th bp. How about 4th order? Planning to put it on 2ndrow. H=39 W=43 D=45

Don't listen to your friends.

Your best path to good low end performance is almost always a well designed and constructed ported box.  Compared to bandpass boxes they are simpler, more forgiving, and take up less space.  The subs you have are never going to be low end monsters that some other subs are, but if you put them in a large, low-tuned box with appropriate port area you will likely get the most out of them as possible.  I'd shoot for 16 cu ft of net volume, tuned to 30 hz, with at least 180 sq in of port area.
