Well you can break out winisd and model and see what the port velocity is looking like with a single 6". With that much power, in a small box, it's going to be a pain to get proper port area, always is with high power, and small boxes.

With an Aero what kind of velocity would I be looking to be around?

32 meters per second for minimum port area, 22 for optimum. I generally just stay under 30

Yes, WinISD takes into consideration input power.  You have to put in your input power for the port velocity graph to have any relevancy.  The graph you want to be looking at is "Rear port - air velocity".

Also if you input 3000w it might show high velocity. But realistically will you ever see a true 3000w with impedance rise and vehicle electrical taken into account? Most likely no so try a more realistic power input number
