Mr DeeBeez Posted August 13, 2017 Report Posted August 13, 2017 I have two 240a alternators. I want to add an alternator run to my back batteries. I currently have 2 + and 2 - runs from front battery to back. Would I need to have a run from each alternator? Or could I just run it from one? ShadeTreeMechanic Posted August 13, 2017 Report Posted August 13, 2017 I would hook all 3 alts to the front battery. Then the front battery to the rear batteries.
