Running different enclosures together.

I have a Honda Element that has a .18cuft enclosure (will be sealed) and I want use a jl6w3 with a JX 250 amp and I would like to add a second identical driver in a custom center console. Since I have a bit more space I could run the second driver in a ported box to maybe have the best of both worlds, is this a bad idea? If I build these both sealed I will probably not have an exact matching pair of enclosures, is this OK or will I be causing myself problems, thanks for any replies.

Might run into problems with 2 separate enclosures, just build a single enclosure for both subs and being that they are 6.5" and don't require a lot of space, you won't be giving up too much more room than the single you have now.
