Daniel Francis Sheppard
How do I keep the inside spade connectors to stay snug on the terminals. They fit on but loosen and fall off very easy. I have try soldering them on but doesn't stay. Usually I have to get them on and put the sub in just right to have them stay but they jump around alot and sometimes fall. I feel like maybe they sell something that helps this issue... I thought about maybe buying the insulated one and shrinking them on with a heat gun. But just wanted to know if there something better.
06RTCharger
If ur willing, get rid of the cup all together. Terminal cups can be a weak point.
06RTCharger
Remove the cup, use wood glue to mount a small peice of wood thats slightly larger than the whole. Mounting that peice of wood on the inside of the box. Then use one of these techniques in the video to have alot more sercure connections for ur enclosure. 3vil
Any time you have a spade connector thats a little loose, you can gently press it together with some pliers to make the fit a little tighter.
