irupp33 Posted September 6, 2006 Report Posted September 6, 2006 Im running all eminence and its pretty loud and clear... Took awhile to get everything set to where it sounded good though... Quote
Forevrbumpn Posted September 6, 2006 Report Posted September 6, 2006 Sometimes its fun, and well worth it to try and build your own components. Like I go to www.solen.com, or www.madisound.com and pic out some nice high end drivers for cheap. Vifa, Peerless, Aura, Eaton, ScanSpeak, SEAS, and you can run some basic cross over programs online, play with the inductors, caps a little bit, imageing, and with only about $200 spent you can come out with a bad ass $400 plus retail component system! Its pretty fun, and a great learning experience. check those sites out if you want to save money, for great quality. Quote I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.
