Ive done 3/4", and Tried 1" and it just snapped.... help me Please! for 1" mdf, cut at a depth of 5/8-7/8" depending on how tight the bend so what size is the bend, that determines distance between each but guessing im going to say every 3/8-1/2 slighty tapered to 3/4-1" at ends fill the gaps with resin or glue Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
