LoudPackRacing Posted March 27, 2018 Report Posted March 27, 2018 I have a EXM Audio12 that will be powered by a Sundown Sae-1500. It’s going in my 1980 firebird and max demensions are 14” height, 14” depth and 25” width
Triticum Agricolam Posted March 27, 2018 Report Posted March 27, 2018 Anyway you can get more space? "Nothing prevents people from knowing the truth more than the belief they already know it.""Making bass is easy, making music is the hard part."Builds:

ckeeler11 Posted March 27, 2018 Report Posted March 27, 2018 It's going to be impossible to get the correct port area and box volume even with 28" width.

ckeeler11 Posted March 27, 2018 Report Posted March 27, 2018 You could do a box 14.5" H x 30" W x 15.5" D with a port 13x2.5" that is 24" long. this will give you an enclosure of 2.25 cu ft. tuned to 36 Hz. That accounts for woofer displacement and a little bracing. Sorry on work puter so cant do Winisd and sketchup.

Ok thanks a lot..should I do a double baffle or just put some wooden dowels on the inside?
ckeeler11 Posted March 28, 2018 Report Posted March 28, 2018 I would do both. If you do double baffle then I would make the depth 16" so as to no eat up to much volume.
