Preparing my Legatia L2SE dash speakers "harness". They didnt come with any push terminals, just the lil tap to either use spade terminals or solder on some wires. I went with this...

Slipped on some adhesive lined heatshrink to a short strip of speaker wires. The tried to bend the end of the exposed wire slightly so that its snug with the shape/curve of the tab.

Tinned the speaker tab and also tinned the wire first. Using the solder that has AG silver in it.

Bonded them together.

Heatshrunk over it.

I used the quick disconnects that Mark of CarAudioFabrication recommended a while back. They work great, im just not skilled with soldering things lol. Shits hard to do with no "helping hands" gadget thing. I hold the wire with one hand, the other part being soldered laying on the table, solder iron in the other hand, solder roll being fed into the work with my mouth. I really need to get one of those helping hands things.

Added my lil touches to it ?

After making the harness i didnt put them in till way way way later.

But then i finally got it. Made these lil adapter plates for the L2SE out of ABS plastic.

Also because i didnt have my amps or anything besides a headunit installed, i was just running these L2SE off the deck, off the stock wire and its stock plug from the stock dash speakers. So i got the stock adapter harness and added the quick disconnect to it. So stock wire plugs into the adapter harness, adadpter harness into the L2SE.

Mounted into the adapter plates.
