so, to obtain the T/S parameters use the Dayton Audio DATS ($100):  https://www.parts-express.com/dayton-audio-dats-v2-computer-based-audio-component-test-system--390-806

as far as obtaining specific parts, join the Custom subs and repair group on FB and talk to Corey Otis or Dave Leib, both have lots of stock and can help you for less than PSI.  for non moving parts, look to http://www.lordofbass.com

I have a DATS V2 - It's nice being able to design enclosures based on the measured T/S parameters of your specific driver vs manufacturer's spec which may or may not be adhered to in the final production drivers. It's not a matter of measuring them after the sub is built, but more that I would want to design the sub to have specific T/S parameters, and without building several prototypes like a company would to ensure the T/S parameters are consistent with the target. Regardless, I think it would be a lot of fun, but just don't have enough time to add another project into my back-logged (completely self-inflicted) free time.
