Cab 1600.1

Can i hook up 4 soundqubed  hdc3.1 15s to a cab 1600.1 amp with out frying amp. I got 2 subs hook up to it right now.

Depends on coils of the subs... but you do know that if you hook 4 up each subs only going to get about 400 watts each...

They are the hdc3.1 1 ohm and yea i know. I had a spl 6000.1 and i had all four hook up 300 amp alt and extra batt the amp melted the inside after 45 mins of playing after i did the alt upgrade but thecab 1600 is working find i dont want to melt my amp again. My friend tild me to run two cab 1600 but i really want to hook up all four again

Dual 1?   And you didn’t have enough electrical to run that amp that might be part of why it fried

Yea it says its dual 1 ohm voice coilwell after i upgrade the alt the spl 6000.1 work for 45 mins then it melted it was pounded like hell then mess up i had all subs at 1ohm b4. So you dont think this amp will melt or something happen to it with 4 15s at 1 ohm i got the big 3 dual 0ga power wire 0ga ground wire.

You can’t get a 1 ohm load with 4 so you probably had it at to low of load and not enough electrical  for the 6000,  Plus pretty sure spl brand is junk ....

Yes yes it is lol spl is i got got it gave 2 me qell i got two subs wire at 1 ohm and the other 2 just like it then i hook up to the amp

That’s .5 ohms to low with that electrical and that spl amp is why it burnt up ... I wouldn’t hook that low on that cab either

Ok well they have a digram saying i could hook up to 4 ohm but i have not tryed yet so im going to have 2 get 1 more amp of i want to run 1 ohm

Can’t get 4 ohm either with 4   2,8, or .5 if you get another amp you can run 2 sets at 1 ohm
