1point21gigawatts Posted May 2, 2020 Report Posted May 2, 2020 That design won’t be ideal for them Skar EVL subwoofers. It’s designed to the specs of SA subwoofers. I would have to make another design for evl’s. 2 SA 12s would be punchier. The evl’s would just get lower. Both can handle about the same rms. No point in that upgrade. If you’re gonna upgrade you mine as well upgrade, instead of changing your sound a little on certain frequencies you mine as spend some money and change your sound on dB levels, MORE BASS. Just stay with 2 SA 12s or get 2 Skar zvx’s or 2 sundown U’s on a sundown sfb 5000d or a Skar rp 4500.1d. You have to factor in the impedance rise and voltage drop so always get an amp that is rated over the rms of the subwoofers to factor the impedance rise and voltage drop. “How can we help you?” “And don’t forget to tell them that the customer isn’t always right.”

Thought I would tell you that because you probably are gonna look at the subwoofer specs and then say wtf this dude is trippin. So I thought I would tell you so you know I’m not trippin. I run a sundown set up and can vouch for them. David1995 Posted May 2, 2020 Author Report Posted May 2, 2020 Nah I believe you, I beat the crap out of my single sa and it barley gets warm. Definitely just going to get another one and a better amp.
