A&W ROOTBEER Posted May 16, 2008 Report Posted May 16, 2008 http://www.davesdcelectric.com/pages/1/index.htm i just emailed him to see if he sells dual alt kits without alts..i would just rather buy my own..see what he says..but has anyone had experience with this guy? also found a guy on ebay who sells tons of alternators and has them for $370 for the kit that comes with with bracket, tentional pulley and bolt and belt. along with instruction and relay

sully Posted May 17, 2008 Report Posted May 17, 2008 a shop that does dirt track cars or hot rods can fab u up a kit pretty cheap and it should have pulleys to keep more of the belt on the alts than in the above picture to ensure there is no belt slippage. 2003 Ford F-150 Reg Cab layin body on 26's 2003 Tahoe 3/5 drop on 26's with a 408cid Supercharged engine. 2011 Camaro 2SS 2005 VW GTI Stage II ECU, CAI, 3" turbo back exhaust, FMIC, lowered 2" on some plastidipped 18's 2003 Hayabusa lowered, stretched, cams, nitrous and custom paint

Yes I could fab one up, but sometimes it's just nicer to order one up and be done with it. ya know? Designing, building, and shipping boxes.
