One of the grounds goes to the factory ground location on the firewall. The other goes to a bolt on the side of the alternator bracket. Also don't forget to add a couple good grounds under the hood to finish off the big 3. I have pics of how I did mine in my Yukon if you need them. Other than that looks good. or 2 between 1st and 2nd batt.
