Bass4Lyfe
So I got my alarm installed last night, and the thing isn't working. When I hit remote start it cranks but doesn't catch, 3 times, every time. When I simply unlock open the door and try to start the car manually (normally) it usually cranks and catches and goes up to its normal 900-1k RMP, then IMMEDIATLY dies. I'm thinking the alarm thinks there's an intruder or somethign?? Shyne151
Remember when I asked if they offer a lifetime warranty? this is where that comes into play. The transponder system is more than likely seeing two keys. They probably have the ignition wire hooked up on the 556U or whatever they used... did they ask for a second key to keep up under the dash? Did it work when you left? Try unlocking the door with the KEY and starting it also.
