Audiohz
My 1/0 ring terminals have a 3/8 hole I have seen some people saying to use 5/16 hole terminals. Would this be and issue for the smd fuse holder? I’m curious if I would need to change my ring terminals.
audiofanaticz
All of the SMD fuse holders and speakerbox terminals use a 5/16 nut/bolt. No you wouldn't have to change your terminals due to them having a larger 3/8 inch hole. The fuse holders have a thick piece of aluminum or copper (depending which model you buy) that the fuse and your ring terminal will sit on, followed by a washer then a lock split/lock washer and finally a nut to hold everything down tightly. So there is plenty surface area for a great connection even though your ring terminals have a larger opening.
