Box design for 2 DD audio 510's

Hi guys, could someone help me with a box design with a cut sheet list for 2 dd audio 510's?

They will be powered by a dd audio dm1500a amp at 2ohms so 1000w rms.

And thinking about port and subs facing to the front of the car

 

The box has to fit in a Bmw e92 so the available space I have is;

Width: 90 cm (35 4/8 inches)

Height: 34 cm (13 3/8 inches)

Depth: 50 cm (20 inches)

 

I would like to keep the width and height at those dimensions, the depth isn't that important.

So here is a suggestion, power: to sub(s) rated, amp subsonic filter to 30Hz, minimum port clearance 10 cm, figure is just an assembly guide:

 

NOTE: If building outside you need to build a cardboard dummy box to test fit in it's way inside.

 

NOTE: Wood thickness is 18 mm, should be available in your country but if not let me know.
