I need idea for a way to install my lithium in the trunk without drilling holes...is it possible?

That's going to come down to what you have already for holes in that trunk and where you want to place the lithium. Every car will be a little different. My CX5 has visible seat brackets that I can get to easily for instance. My sub enclosure is built into the tire well and I have a bolt that screws into the OEM spare tire mount to keep it secure. Just takes some creativity.

I am assuming that you're talking about a lithium battery as thats the only lithium that comes to mind. So if it is a battery one possible solution could be to build an amp rack which also holds/houses the lithium
