The size of the enclosure is;

15"x13"x13 1/4" (LxWxH),

With those external dimensions and assuming wood thickness of 1/2", a driver displacement of 0.06 cubic feet and a pipe port which is internal diameter of 3" and an effective length of 12" your box specs are:

 

1.07 cubic feet net tuned to 35 Hz with a port area of about 7 square inches.

 

if you consider the displacement of the amplifier that is mounted there (estimated at 0.07 cubic feet) it would come to:

 

1.0 cubic feet tuned to 37 Hz with a port area of about 7 square inches.

 

You may want to do some measurements to correct my guesses I had to take but I am sure it will end up close to that.
