01xtreme Posted May 19, 2008 Report Posted May 19, 2008 I think the key to hair tricks is lower frequencies, so you would need quite a bit of power so your subs will move alot of air at low frequencies. My System: Pioneer AVH-P3200BT 4-Dayton 7 inch reference series (front doors) 8-Onkyo 3/4 inch tweeters (dash) 1-Sundown Audio 100.4D (mids/highs) 2-18" BTL's (for now) Crescendo 3kwp (for sale) Complete rebuild coming soon...
PaulO2288 Posted May 19, 2008 Report Posted May 19, 2008 You need to build a box thats tuned low, play a low frequency song, have a box that gets loud, For 2 15"s I wuold make the box around 8 cubes 4 each, test and find out which position is the loudest for your box. What vehicle? Subs back port back is by the loudest other than a wall. Just something to try.
