Enclosure help: 4 15s

Hello all,

I wanted to ask for some guidance on this enclosure im about to build. I'm not able to get the enclosure as large as I'd like to and I'm concerned with the effects of building is smaller than the recommended specs of the woofers.

Set up:

4X 15'' CT sounds Strato D2 woofers. 1250RMS

1X TarAmps 12k. (.5 ohm version, running at 1ohm, 7200ish RMS)

Clean power, Battery bank, alts etc.

I'm just slightly over powering the woofers. They ask for 4cubes per woofer and I'm only able to give them 3.5.

I'm running 16'' of port and tuning at 30.

So my question is, will the smaller enclosure hurt the low's?

Does the little extra power help offset this loss?

What could I adjust about my port to offset the loss of internal volume?

The goal, is hair tricks and clean sound. I don't care about DB's at all.

Thanks in advance

Those subs are 15mm Xmax, clean sound sure but hairtricks, not sure if your going to get great results with those subs.

They are 15mm Xmax one way. I was running two of them at 28hertz on 4k and they were very impressive for what they are. But, the enclosure was 4.2 cubes per woofer. I'll be at around 3.5 cubes with this set up. I know I'm going to sacrifice something by not having ideal air space. So I'm wondering if lesser port area, allowing more air space is better, or keep the port area efficient and have less air space?
