flashlight_65 Posted June 13, 2008 Author Report Posted June 13, 2008 its a lot stronger, but there are too many air pockets. should i try to fill them with resin? My builds: my caddy my 'hoe friends impala
philip Posted June 13, 2008 Report Posted June 13, 2008 if you got some pockets, grind them down and fill them back up. good start though. i would also, like you said bring the ring out more. if you can rabbet the edges, it helps a lot in the end.
flashlight_65 Posted June 13, 2008 Author Report Posted June 13, 2008 the ring is gonna stick out further just put it there for the visual. i dont have any tools really i built the ring at a buddies cousins house. all i got is a $20 drill that plugs in to charge, some allen wrenches, a gangster little ratchet screwdriver, $20 jigsaw and a mini socket set.
