A&W ROOTBEER Posted May 28, 2008 Report Share Posted May 28, 2008 well i just got off the phone with my insurance and the lady said the pd faxed the report to her and she was going to fax it to the other insurance company, then she told me that they would come out and do an estimate on their own i cant take it to a shop wtf has anybody heard of this?yup did that to my brother the guy will come to look at the car and will check every nook and crany..lol and he will tell you on the spot if its totaled or not..so butter him up..lol offer him something to drink or whatever..
