Anyone here use one of these tiny amps?

• 200 Watts RMS x 1 @ 4 ohms
• 400 Watts RMS x 1 @ 2 ohms
• Total Peak Power: 400 Watts
• Marine and Powersports Certified
• Built-In Low-Pass and Subsonic Filters
• 0 - +12 Bass Boost
• Aluminum Heatsink
• Dimensions: 3.7" W x 5.51" L x 1.77"

RMS and Peak ratings don't make sense (dyno sheet would be nice), but the reviews seem pretty decent.

I love tiny efficient amps that put out big power

I have an NVX MVPA1 pushing a JBL 12 in my daily beater and absolutely love it, but they're no longer available, so I'm looking into other similar options

Soundigital has a unit that might offer a similar size / power density envelope

I have no first hand experience with it though

What was your budget?

Trying to keep it around $100 bucks, but more importantly, the footprint must be small.

The old NVX I have is perfect as it dyno's much higher than its rating and fits neatly under the seat which constantly moves back and forth everytime I get in.

Found an open box MB Quart on Amazon for $50 bucks, but would still like to see a dyno sheet on it

Also looking at a HiFonics Thor as it looks pretty good sizewise and can be had for around $75 bucks new, but I only see peak numbers in the specs and haven't been able to find a dyno vid on it

And what sort of power output do you need at a given ohm load?
