David
L=40 x h=15 x w=14 = 8400 8400 divided by 1728 = 4.861111 cubic feet. now take out the wood's thickness 38.5 x 13.5 x 12.5 = 6496.875 / 1728 = 3.759 cubic feet. now minus sub displacement wich is .18 and now you have 3.579 your port is 6 x ??x 10 I need to know this to tune it. emperorjj1
what kind of vehicle is it going in? it does matter when designing a box, example. if its a trunk car then obviously you dont wanna do sub up port back, so people cant just design a box on demensions alone, there is many things to take into consideration. anyways good luck on the box, hope it works out for ya. how about sub foward port up? J. JMy CardomainFINISHED COBALT SS/SC DUAL ALTERNATOR PICS theres no such thing as too expensive when it comes to upgrades like that, because imo if you are gonna spend to upgrade then do it correctly rather then be a cheap ass ricer
