I was gonna say about the same thing....If you're so sure he could whoop your ass, then get a friend or two to go with you and get your shit back from him. If he says piss off, then you ALL dance on his head. He won't mess with you again.  I went through something similar, just not because of a system. He never said another word to any of us, and he never mentioned it to anyone either.
