Bills Posted May 30, 2008 Report Posted May 30, 2008 I'm looking around to replace my battery and add on back with my amps. i don't know if i should do an yellow top Optima or a Kinetik or Powermaster bat up front and put a Kinetik or a Powermaster back with my amps. please help and advise. Bills I would fit the biggest kitnetik or Powermaster up front and do the a Kinetik Hc 2400 in the back or a Powermaster D3100 in the back cant have to much reserve alt wise i would get the largest you can find for your vehicle Quote

I only ask because you might be able to get away with one big one instead of putting a small one. Of course two won't hurt either especially if you plan to expand. All Night Long Posted May 30, 2008 Report Posted May 30, 2008 I agree Powermaster FTMFW! I love my D3100 battery. I don't have an upgraded alternator and my lights don't even dim at full tilt at night. The powermaster batteries contain some serious deebeez in them =) Quote

Bills Posted May 30, 2008 Author Report Posted May 30, 2008 ok, i am going to be running 3000rms. 2 Crunch GP1500d and a 400w jensen 4ch. amp for my mids and tweets. I don't have much room up front and i cant fit a big bat up there. I think the biggest bat i can do up fron is like the D2400 powermaster and i was looking at putting the D1200 in the back witht the amps. I have a 98 Blazer and ya. some tight areas under the hood. you can see a pic of it if you go and look at my build in the build section. its the "98 blazer build" it hasn't had nething done on it for a wile cause i'm on vacation. buy ya. how much dothe MLA moduals cost?
