hey joe! i know you have been deisgning boxes for a long time and would appreciate the 2nd set of eyes on this design just to check for anything i missed.

subwoofer will be a AA mayhem 12 d1 on a skar 2500 at .5. Listen to a fair amount of heavy bas music and sometimes bass boosted tracks. car is a 96 dodge stratus. Im not dead set on the port flares since they are so small the may not matter, just trying to reduce a bit of turbulence around the exit. I guessed on the speaker physical displacement but its fairly close. Only thing i am concerend with is port length but it probably isnt a big issue. Thanks for looking

Some feedback:

The driver displacement should be around 0.15 cubic feet for a higher power 12 inch sub.

Your port area is definitely low and should be around 40-43 square inches to keep maximum port airspeed around 25 m/s,

Also because the amount of power you should have a bracing plan like cross braces, a window brace or such.

That's about it.

with that port area i would need a 36" long port. thats not too long?

You don't want to have a port length over 40" to avoid port resonances in your playing frequency range, also when needing a longer port you want to avoid taking a second turn.

As for your latest Torres looks petty good.
