Dbattise Posted May 6, 2025 Report Posted May 6, 2025 Can somebody help me with a box design for 2 DD 2508g? It’s goin on the back seat of my f150 so don’t really got any measurements
Joe X Posted May 10, 2025 Report Posted May 10, 2025 They give plans, see if that fits: https://ddaudio.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/box_plans_layout-8c.pdf
Joe X Posted May 14, 2025 Report Posted May 14, 2025 If you are going for a under rear seats enclosure (best solution) those are impractical to build, I would go for a pre made box that fits your particular truck and the subs specs as best as possible. Also a back seat lift kit my be necessary.
Dbattise Posted May 14, 2025 Author Report Posted May 14, 2025 No I’m just gonna put it on my back seat for now if you can draw me up something
All_Ears_On_Me Posted May 14, 2025 Report Posted May 14, 2025 Typically it cost money to have a design drawn up. You can however download the DD Audio App for free and input your dimensions. After you get your box specs take them to sub box pro website and do the work yourself
kydream Posted July 6, 2025 Report Posted July 6, 2025 I had a box built for 2 DD 2508g's in my 2023 F150. I had to install a 3.5" LMI welding rear seat lift.
Joe X Posted July 7, 2025 Report Posted July 7, 2025 kydream did you use 4" round ports? Nice box BTW.
All_Ears_On_Me Posted July 9, 2025 Report Posted July 9, 2025 Kydream, dope build, I like the port color too !
