AlpineExpo79 Posted June 5, 2008 Author Report Posted June 5, 2008 Seal them shut! you dont need open windows anyways. turn on the AC-Drew HAHA! funny thing is, my AC doesnt get cold for some reason, because a while back i had freeon leaking from under my hood and my circuit breaker melted and the positive wire touched ground and sparked and caused a huge fire, and apparantly my AC doesnt work from what the shop says....but it does work just not cold so im thinking i just need free-on. Any other suggestions? should i just live with the rattle? Quote 3 12" Alpine Type-R's 1 Hifonics 2010d amp
AlpineExpo79 Posted June 5, 2008 Author Report Posted June 5, 2008 seal it up... so im guessing thats my only choice? how would i go about doing that? Quote 3 12" Alpine Type-R's 1 Hifonics 2010d amp
ISO Posted June 5, 2008 Report Posted June 5, 2008 I say try leaveing your window down about an inch or 2. Its a 50/50 chance, but you might gain output by doing that and sometimes may loose some rattle. I would play around with it more before sealing it. AlpineExpo79 Posted June 5, 2008 Author Report Posted June 5, 2008 yeah, because when i have my back windows open the sound is cleaner and seems lower, but when its all sealed up it builds alot of pressure inside and is louder IMO Quote 3 12" Alpine Type-R's 1 Hifonics 2010d amp
