aight so basically I just bought one of those everlast standing bags that was used. I open it up and notice that the tips of the bolts used were rusty (not bad, just surface). so I wire brushed the rust off but figured if they rust, its probably a better idea to fill it with sand instead of water. (says you can fill it with either) So I buy 6 bags of sand at home depot, but there sand was in the outside part and was wet. Anyone got a good idea on how to dry it out? I dont want to just put it in since it will most likely mildew, and I had ppl tell me drying it out on the driveway wont work (no idea why). so anyone got ideas?
