PaulO2288 Posted June 18, 2008 Report Share Posted June 18, 2008 I have a 1989 Jeep Cherokee, The problem is the switch to roll down the windows isent working along with the unlock doors switch. When I do hit them the voltage of my car drops from 14 to 7 instantly. So its something electrical. It happened out of nowhere and have no idea what to try to start to isolate the problem and fix it. Its getting power to the switches and everything but you seriously watch everything just drop too with voltage and power. PaulO2288 Posted June 18, 2008 Author Report Share Posted June 18, 2008 (edited) The windows roll up fine but dont go down on the passanger side for some reason, but rolls up. Each window control works. But its the locks that I dont get either. Power locks only unlock not lock. When I try to roll down the passanger window down the voltage drops like crazy, let go it goes right back up.
