I built a setup similar to that with just one generation older things (built the system about 6 months ago)...Asus Striker Extreme, q6600 and SLI 8800 Ultra's. With your next gen stuff right there, that will be great system. If you really want to take it to another level. Look into water-cooling. I was able to push that q6600 (2.4 ghz) to 3.8ghz.
