andym85
ok...buddy just ordered a Q12. i wanted to do a box that is 2.5cubes after all displacement, tuned to like 28-30hz. gonna use 2-4"aeros. i am getting around 30" long for each port. my question is, will there be a problem with each port being so long? like port noise, or anything else? i am pretty sure we can fit them in the box because its going in a single cab truck, so there is plenty of box length to work with. just wondering what you all think about such a long port?!?! i likes me some audio stuff... Guest MegaloManiac
im still learning on designing boxex, but from what i read u get port noise when the diamerter of the port is too small, and if its too big you loose output..remember im still a n00b i could be wrong
