Yeah all you need to do is discover an element/molecule that is greatly more electronegative than lithium, which if existed, would already be in use today. Though that would only marginally increase your power cell.

fluorine is the most electronegative element we know of. it has a rating of 4 and lithium is like 1.2

and considering fluorine is a gas is becomes alot less weight than a battery wit metal in it.

we could work wit that a gas battery
