Alternator Not Putin Out Full Power

Can someone give me advice i already upgraded my wires to 1/0 power and ground. Ran power to alternator and ground to chassis and chassis to engine block. Alternator is brand new only had for 2 weeks. Just upgrade wires today but no diffenrence. My voltz are at 12.2 still. I have a 1997 honda accord ex 2.7 v6.

what rpm did you test at? you get full power at about 2000 rpm. hook a digital multi meter up to the positive sourse of your alt and the chassis of the car and test at 2000 rpm. See what you get.

Loud as f*ck, and sounds good doing it.

did you take it off and test it at autozone, if you did, that test doesn't mean shit, since that tester only spins up to 3500 alternator rpm, (not engine rpm) and if they used they're vat type tester they probably hooked it up wrong, they did that to me, i just laughed
