Forevrbumpn Posted July 12, 2008 Report Share Posted July 12, 2008 good for adding low end response, or flattening the response curve out a little if you feel its to peaky- Almost manatory for SQ set ups dissadvatage is you can lose a little bit of output... I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. The Performer Posted July 14, 2008 Report Share Posted July 14, 2008 Some sources say it can trick your subs to think the enclosure is bigger if you need, I've done it before on small truck boxes and noticed a better sound personally than without polyfil.
