How Can I Get Rid Of Dimin Lights?

i got a lil problem on power on my car..i have done the BIG III and my lights still dim when i bump my music...could it be my battery or i need capacitors??..which would work best for me?..im thinkin of gettin a yellow top optima..but im not sure yet...plz help.. :help:

ive killed a few optima's i would suggest a stereo battery such as batcap kinetik or powermaster.

forget the word capacitor/cap. they are worthless with a big system for daily bumping. A bigger alt will help along with better/more batteries.

I would say just turn off the lights, then there wont be anything to dim.

j/k, but you should consider a bigger alternator.

kould kinetik or powermaster batterys be in the hood 2?or does it have to be in the back of the trunk just connectd straight up to the amp?

Kinetiks are suitable for running the main electrical components of your car, but I doubt that will solve your problem.

Kinetiks are suitable for running the main electrical components of your car, but I doubt that will solve your problem.

so what if i go with a optima in the hood and a kinetik on the back?..that would work right?

it could help out. I always suggest upgrading the alternator though. That is the heart of your charging system. you could get away without using extra batteries depending on how powerful your alternator is.

yea thats true...but right now im a little broke..so i guess ima have to wait until i get money to buy a new alternator then..
