Ford Ranger System

not including double din $2000 can i do anything with that

Well, you cant really fit bigger than 12's without losing legroom, even in an extended cab.

For the money, FI Q's are hard to beat. they run about 250 a piece.

My friend is running the Crunch GP3000D, and it goes for around 450 online shipped.

I would suggest something in the neighborhood of a 300 amp alternator if you get it from Excessive Amperage it will run you about 500 for a custom built unit.

upgrade your factory battery and you should be fine on that front.

For components I like the Polk Audio db components, adn they can be had for about 120 on line shipped.

As far as amps for mids and highs look for something that will do a good 75-100 watts rms/channel. Whatever brand you like, I usually stick to matching amps, but I haven't heard much about the crunch 4 channel amps, so I dont know there.

My System:

Pioneer AVH-P3200BT

4-Dayton 7 inch reference series (front doors)

8-Onkyo 3/4 inch tweeters (dash)

1-Sundown Audio 100.4D (mids/highs)

2-18" BTL's (for now)

Crescendo 3kwp (for sale)

Complete rebuild coming soon...

and that will be loud as hell? I mean slam make my windows flex and roof

Hopefully I can get more vids not that the subs have started to break in, but my friends ranger shakes like a crack baby, and the box is tuned pretty low. it could be evel ouder with a little higher tuning, but it is all about the low bass to me. Yes, that would be more than plenty to flex your windows and roof.

2000 dollars is a decent budget. are you going to have to pay someone to intall it?

2 12" fi Q

1 crunch 3000

200-300 amp alternator

2 deep cycle batteries

[if you want kicker still]

kicker ss components

kicker 850.4

The components can be pretty much whatever brand you want and like the sound of, but i would atleast count on 200-400 rms on mids [total] to keep up with those subs.

I finally heard a set of CDT components and fell in love with their sound. I would suggest the CDT CL-6.25 component set. It comes with a silk dome tweeter, so thats what I could choose, cause my ears are really sensitive to high range frequencies, and seem to deal better with fabric tweeters.

My System:
